Serves: 4-5
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 45 mins
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine brie, cranberries, almonds, onion and egg white in a bowl.
  3. Cut a large pocket in the top of the turkey breast.
  4. Stuff the brie & cranberry mixture into the pocket.
  5. Place the breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover the stuffing area with a piece of foil well greased with butter.
  8. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 170°F (77°C).
  9. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
