Prep Time: 30 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
  1. Cook Slow Cooker Turkey Roast according to package directions.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in coconut oil, or vegetable oil, until lightly browned.
  3. Add shredded turkey, onion, cabbage, five spice, soya sauce, and honey and then set aside to cool.
  4. Wet two, stacked, rice paper sheets on both sides with pastry brush and water.
  5. Add three tablespoon of filling. Fold ends and then roll firmly.
  6. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  7. Heat non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pan fry the rolls in oil until lightly brown and crispy on both sides.
  8. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
