Prep Time: 20 mins
  1. In a large fry pan, sauté garlic and onion in oil until translucent, then add ground turkey and brown along with ginger and curry paste.
  2. Fold in sliced cabbage, then add rice wine vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil and soy sauce.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
  4. Taste and correct seasoning to taste.
  5. Top with chopped peanuts, chopped cilantro, chopped scallions and lime wedges.
