Substitute raisins or dried cranberries in place of grapes.
  1. Combine turkey meat, celery, grapes, walnuts and red onion with mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Divide filling evenly between four slices of bread, top with lettuce and remaining bread. Cut and serve.
