Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
  1. In a soup pot over medium-high heat sauté sausage, onion and celery in oil until lightly browned.
  2. Add stock and water and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, return to a simmer and then serve.
