  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl adding the Panko bread crumbs last. Add just enough Panko so that the mixture isn’t too wet.
  3. On a baking sheet, form the mixture into torpedo-shaped kebabs about 4” (10 cm) long and ¾” (1.5 cm) thick around each skewer.
  4. Oil the grill generously and place the torpedos over direct heat. After 5 minutes, turn them 90 degrees.
  5. Flip them over after another 5 minutes have elapsed; then turn 90 degrees again after an additional 5 minutes.
  6. They should be firm and fully cooked through or the digital thermometer probe reads 170 F (77 C).
