  1. Whisk all sauce ingredients together to combine evenly. Set aside.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium high heat 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey drumstricks. Whisk well to combine.
  4. Add the turkey drumsticks and rub the mixture all over each.
  5. Add the coated turkey drumsticks to preheated and greased grill. Sear over direct heat on all sides.
  6. Reduce grill to medium low heat 325°F (165°C) and transfer all of the drumsticks to one side of the grill and continue to grill over indirect heat.
  7. Allow the drumsticks to cook through for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 180°F (82°C).
  8. Once fully cooked, transfer to a platter and garnish with fresh parsley and extra freshly grated parmesan cheese. Serve with garlic dipping sauce.
