Substitute turkey tenderloins for turkey slices; increase cooking time, as necessary, depending on thickness.
- In a shallow dish mix lime juice and rind. Place turkey in juice, turning to coat both sides. Marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
- Mix crushed chips and chili powder on a piece of wax paper. Coat each side of turkey with crushed chips.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey slices about 2 to 3 minutes on each side just until done. Transfer to a baking sheet. Spoon salsa over turkey pieces, top with grated cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
- Garnish with coriander and lime slices, if desired.
