Feel free to experiment with different cheeses as toppings, and different kinds of bread.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place slice of bread on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place the turkey on top of bread.
- Place the avocado on top of the turkey.
- Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese has melted.
