  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix beets with olive oil and roast until soft, set aside to cool.  At the same time, roast turkey breast until cooked through to 170F.  Cool and slice.
  3. Place salad greens in a serving dish and add turkey, beets, Brazil nuts and feta.
  4. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl.  Pour dressing over salad and serve.
