Serves: 4
  1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing.
  2. Taste and add extra lemon juice, sugar and salt to your taste.
  3. Place the diced turkey, apple, celery and grapes in a bowl, and toss through the salad dressing.
  4. Place 3 – 4 butter lettuce leaves on a salad plate, and arrange the salad on top. Sprinkle the toasted walnuts over to serve.
Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
