This is a great basic Turkey rub with enough heat to make it interesting.
- Mix ingredients together and rub over the entire surface of the turkey, inside and out. Do your best to work the rub in under the skin.
- Let sit for about 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Cook as required based on turkey’s weight, ensuring turkey is cooked until the meat thermometer reads 170°F (77°C) for an un-stuffed turkey, and the juices run clear.
