In a large bowl combine burger ingredients. Form into 6 patties. Over medium heat, broil or grill burgers 10-12 minutes, turning once or until no longer pink inside.
Salsa:
In a small bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Place cooked burger patties on buns or wrap in a warmed flour tortilla, top with corn salsa and avocado.
